Tadacip 20 mg contains tadalafil, which is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The mechanism of action of Tadacip 20 mg involves inhibiting an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5).
PDE5 is responsible for breaking down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a molecule that helps relax smooth muscle tissue in the penis. By inhibiting PDE5, tadalafil increases the levels of cGMP, promoting smooth muscle relaxation and allowing increased blood flow into the penis in response to sexual stimulation. This results in improved erectile function. Tadacip works only with sexual arousal and does not directly cause an erection without stimulation.
