Paper.io is a fast-paced, addictive online multiplayer game that combines simple mechanics with competitive gameplay. Developed by Voodoo, paper io challenges players to conquer as much territory as possible by drawing loops around empty space.
How to Play Paper.io
The rules are simple, but mastering the game takes strategy and precision. Here’s how to get started:
1. Choose Your Avatar and Enter the Arena
Each player is represented by a colored square. Your square leaves a trail behind it when moving outside your territory. The objective is to encircle new areas to expand your territory and then return to your base to secure the land.
2. Expand Your Territory
To claim more land, venture outside your zone and loop back to enclose new space. The area you cover becomes part of your color once you reconnect the trail to your base.
3. Attack and Defend
You can eliminate opponents by crossing their trails before they complete a loop. But be careful—if someone crosses your trail before you get back to base, you’re out!
4. Don’t Get Greedy
One of the biggest beginner mistakes is expanding too fast. The longer you're exposed outside your base, the more vulnerable you are to being eliminated.  |
