I’ve been hearing a lot about weighted blankets lately, especially for managing "racing thoughts" or sensory overload in the evenings. Does anyone here use one regularly? I’m specifically looking for something breathable, as I tend to get overheated easily. |

I've been using a weighted blanket for several months, and it has become part of my evening routine. It doesn't eliminate racing thoughts, but the gentle pressure helps me feel more relaxed before falling asleep. If you tend to overheat, I'd recommend looking for one made with breathable fabrics like cotton or bamboo and avoiding a weight that's heavier than recommended for your body size. I also use a breathable model from novaline and it has been comfortable even on milder nights. Everyone reacts differently, but choosing the right material and weight makes a noticeable difference in overall comfort and sleep quality. |

I had a similar experience. Choosing a breathable fabric made a noticeable difference, especially during warmer nights. The right weight and material can really improve comfort without making you feel overheated. |
